Alternative to Mining Pools
So I'm wondering if there are any alternatives to mining pools out there? Specifically since some places in the US have below average electric costs, it would make sense for someone to set up there and have a group of investors assist in the purchase of some high end mining rigs. It would be a fairly risky investment, but it would be more convenient than being attached to a mining pool. Do these things already exist and if so what are they called?
